The jersey was mounted with a 4 ply artcare matboard form insert (to help hold its shape) and by using a combination of hand-stitching and nylon tags. Matboard inserts were also placed inside the sleeves in order to smooth out the jersey around the logo and have the sleeves lie flat.

A black, faux leather moulding was paired with a combination of black and white conservation grade mats. Tru Vue Museum glass, with its anti-reflective properties and 99% UV protection was chosen to slow down any fading of the jersey and signature and provide the clearest possible view of the jersey.
