Toronto Raptors' First Game Memorabilia Shadow Box
My customer attended the very first Toronto Raptors game with his father on Nov. 3, 1995. He had saved the commemorative program and his opening night pass from that first game and framed them along with an engraved nameplate in a shadow box. My customer was only interested in showing the cover of the program, but the complete program is still intact in a sink mount behind the mats. The ticket was encapsulated in clear polyester film and floated above the background to give a 3D effect.
A classic bevel black moulding from Roma Moulding was paired with conservation grade mats, with a purple accent mat chosen to complement the purple in the commemorative program. Tru Vue’s conservation clear glass was chosen for its 99% UV protection.
It was so exciting to see the Toronto Raptors win their first NBA Championship in June, 2019!
