This customer had the opportunity to volunteer at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games and wanted to have a shadow box created to display items she brought back from the Games. She had a volunteer certificate, two event tickets as well as her lanyard/ID card and 20 commemorative pins. A brushed silver frame was chosen to highlight the silver in many of the pins. Black suede mat was used as the top mat as well as the mat on which the items were mounted. Both blue and green submats were chosen to accentuate the blue and green colours in the Olympic memorabilia. Tru Vue Conservation Clear glass (with 99% UV protection) was chosen to help slow down any fading which may occur.
